The kit contains a total of 61 strong cardboard boxes and the main accessories needed to carefully wrap and pack a broad range of household items for removals, transit or perhaps storage.

Modular boxes

House packing kit 4 has 50 strong, modular, double walled, corrugated cardboard boxes. Modular boxes have the same size footprint and proportional heights which allows boxes to be stacked efficiently and safely, perfect in the days leading up to the move itself.

Space saving boxes also help with van loading and storage.

Removal Box 1 is for packing small heavy or fragile objects such as plates, cups and mugs; cutlery, glasses, food tins and packets, camera and lenses, home office stationary, beauty and beauty products, etc.

Removal Box 2 can be filled will medium sized items. Perfect for books and magazines, electrical products, lamps and light fittings, computer peripherals and computer consoles, CD/DVD players, clothing, etc.

Removal Box 3 is for larger items such as table lamps, electrical goods, bed linen, towels, jackets and clothes, children's games, etc.

Single Wall Boxes are slightly cheaper boxes, higher spec. kraft paper outer, but less resistant to impact having just a single layer of corrugated cardboard, the ideal solution for moving more hardy items such as toys, shoes, books, cleaning products, etc.

Packing materials

Packing Paper is used to wrap around around items to prevent movement and abrasion to fragile objects like electrical items, china, picture frames, etc, when packed in their box.

Bubble Wrap rolls can be cut to size and used to cushion large heavy items such as TVs and monitors, mirrors and furniture. Use bubble wrap to line the base of a box you need to hold delicate items.

Packing Tape is used to seal down the folded box tops. Sealed boxes have considerable structural rigidity and stack without risk of collapse.

Bedding Sacks are coloured, heavy duty polythene bags for packing and moving duvets, pillows and bedding.

Marker Pens write on most surfaces, they are included for marking on pre printed box labels with the destination room and contents.

Cable/Zip Ties tie power cables, storage sacks, garden tools, and rope quickly and conveniently.
