We take delivery seriously. All orders are despatched well packaged and are in perfect condition at the time of despatch. Consignments are sent for next day delivery. We ask that upon receipt in the unlikely event that there has been noticeable damage you mark in on the carrier's paperwork and make us aware. This will help Online Boxes to investigate the issue with the carrier and resolve it for you.
